Today we went out deep-sea fishing off the coast of Fort Lauderdale with Anglia and Loren from Knoxville Tenn.
We started out trolling the reef looking for some king fish or bonitos with 2 planner board running about 45 feet down and 3 baits skipping across the surface.
At first fishing was slow but a bit of trolling it was the surface baits that paid off with Mahi mahi.
Than we worked out way to a ship wreck where caught a few small bonitos and quickly set these live bonito out as live bait.
And it paid off with Loren landing this big barracuda.
