| June 2005 Fishing Report
laneThe Bahama trip was great but it is always nice to get home. Well, June has arrived as well as a variety of fish. We started the month off by catching dolphin, kingfish and a blackfin tuna with Matthew, Tom, Rosa and Galina from Queens, New York. Next out was Conrad, James, and T-Butt from Florida and they loaded the boat with kingfish. On the 4th Darren from West Palm Beach, Florida, Chris from Plantation, Florida and Greg from here in Ft. Lauderdale joined us for a morning of deep sea fishing bringing in bonita's and kingfish and then to top off the morning they landed a monster hammerhead shark. Way to 5 Go!!!The 5th started out with Dell Miller from New Jersey spending the morining fishing with us and we caught 2 nice kingfish and 5 bluerunners. That same afternoon Bonnie, Veronica, Aaron, Cassandia and Larry from Dayton Ohio joined us for a afternoon of fishing and we caught 3 kingfish 5 snappers and big baracuda. Than on the 7th Tom Buttle brought a friend of his out to spend the moring fishing with us and we caught 1 kingfish and a monster amberjack.That afternoon Mike and I were running around town takeing care of some boat stuff when we got a call around 3 oclock. We were told that there was a guy on the docks that was looking to kill a few hours before he had to get on a plane back home to New York and that if we could take him out fishing. So we did we were thinking we were just going to have a few laughs and a couple of beers when all of a sudden our deep line witch had a dead kingfish on for bait bent over. Well we fought this fish for about 50 min and we ended up catching a monster thersher shark. Great going Matt and we are looking foward to fishing with you again soon.On the 8th Brad, Treaor, Mark and Nick from Denver Colorado spent the morring fishing with us and caught 4 mackerals 2 boniots and 1 snapper.That same afternoon Dan, Charlohe, Rich and Chuck from New Jersey, Texas and from Arizonia caught 3 kingfish and 1 big amberjack. On the 9th Craig, Cory, and Andrew from ST louis M.O spent the morring fishing with us and caught 4 kingfish 1 black grouper and 1 mackral. Than the bad weather came on the 10th wind was blowing so hard the waves had to be 10 to 12 feet high. So for the next couple days we just worked on the boat. Than finally on the 12th the wind died down and we able to take Cheryel, Rick, Joe, Dave and Joe from FT mayers out fishing we excepted the fishing to be really good after all the wind we had for a couple days but we only ended up catching 3 dolphin. On the 13th things did not get much better Tyler, John and Pat from Tampa Florida went fishing with us also looking for dolphin and we ended up catching 5 and 1 kingfish. Than on the 14th we took out some frieds of ours Carlos and Carlos jr and they brought Mike and Jay along with them and we told them that the dolphin fishing had been slow but they wanted to go for it anyways and we ended up catching 6. So things are slowly getting better.On the 15th Warren, Mike, Toney, and Keven from Sweetwater, Greensvill,Okee and Clouguet Florida spent a fun action filled afternoon fishing with us and we caught 4 kingfish and 12 bonitos. Than on the 16th it was one it was one of those days that made us glad to be a charter fishing boat of Fortlaurdale. Denzel and his wife Kimberly brought the kids Isabella and Tre for a relaxing afternoon fishing abord the Hooked Up. Things started of nice and relaxing with a couple of kingfish but things soon changed for Denzel when we hooked into a monster hammer head shark. It about 1 hour for him to land the and than he got to relax. Great going guys looking foward to seeing you again soon. On the 17th Michael and Diane from Indiamapolis I.N spent the morring fishing with us and they caught kingfish and a nice wahoo. Than on the 18th we all had a baal fishing with Patrik, Andy, Eric, Jocelum and John from Florida and we fished a local tourment and we ended up catching 6 king fish 2 boniotos and a monster amber jack. We did not win but we ended up doing better than most of the boats. And we all had a ball. Nice going guys looking foward to wining it all next year. On the 19th Nicole, took out her farther George and Carig, and Criss from Fort Laurdalr and while fishing was a little slow we did have a great time we ended up catching 3 kingfish.Than on the 20th Spencer,and Michell fromFortlaurdale Florida caught a monster hammerhead shark. Than on the 21st Pete from Colorado caught some nice dolphin. On the 22nd Brain, Jennifer, Austin, Ashley and Manorie from Virgina caught some kingfish and some bonitas. The 23rd was a great day to be a charter boat captain of Fort Laurdale we had Wessley, and Tammie from Oaklahoma split the boat with Domingo and his wife Hanna from Mexico and we got real lucky and we caught 2 nice dolphin and 1 kingfish and 1 baracuda 1 big dusky shark and 1 monster hammerhead shark. Hey guys thanks for evberthing and we are looking foward to fishing with you again soon.The 24th was a fun filled day when inour morring trip when Drilsec and Curley fromTitusville Florida spent the morring fishing with us and we caught 10 kingfish 1 blackfin tu 8 boniots and 1 oceanic tuna. That same afternoon James and John from Maimi Florioda caught 1 bARACUDA, 5 lanesnappersand 4 virlimen snappers. Things slowed down a little on the 25ft when James and John from HollyWood Florida c caught 1 nice dolphin good enough for dinner. On the 26th Frank Mattt John Joe and Walter from Florida and Texas wanted to catch some good eating fish and they caight 27 snappers and 5 kingfish and 2 amberjacks great going guys.Than on the 27th we had some engine problems so we were down for a few days. But on the 30th things took a turn 4 the the better we had gary, kelsey, stefanie, and Sue from the big apple new york and from indiana out fishing with us. we started out trolling, but is was not working out to well we caught then finally we got the bite, a nice dolphin. so we chaged out our tactics and we targeted the bottom and we ended up with 5 nice vermillion snapper and a giant warsaw grouper.
