Today we fished with Daniel, Heather and Kurt from Michigan.
We started out trolling on the reef with 2 planner boards running about 45 feet down and 3 baits skipping across the surface.
Well it was the deeper lines that paid off wile trolling. We were catching bonitos one after another.
Ok now that the skunk was out of the box time to try for the big one.
We set out a couple kites with live and dead bait suspended from them along with a couple big shark baits set down deep.
At first it was the deep line once again that paid off with a very large hammerhead shark.
Ok so we set the baits right back out there and we had another very big hammerhead shark come up but this time it took one of the shark baits that was suspended from the kite.
Not to shabby 2 very big hammerhead shark on the same trip.
